Woke up with a sore throat and was able to walk in right when they opened at 8am and be seen within 15 minutes including the time checking in. They had a prescription waiting at my pharmacy on my way home so I could start the medication right away. All the staff were friendly and helpful, and answered all my questions. I have been to this facility a few times when I have had to take my child in times when her Pediatrician was away. They have taken care of her and even given me a referral so that I may take her to a specialist to further evaluate her. It's not very far from my home at all. I'm glad they are also available after my child gets out of school, since her pediatrican's last appt. is at 3:30, I have time to go to Metro-UrgiCare and feel reassured.
