Do you know how odd it is to see a doctor that doesn’t tell me “well I couldn’t find anything so you’re fine. Why aren’t you happy about normal results, it means your symptoms don’t exist anymore!”  Thank you for listening.

Came in this afternoon with a sore throat, and was seen an hour before my scheduled appointment. Friendly, fast, and efficient staff knowledgeable about what they were doing. Some person was speaking loud in the hall during the appointment and that seemed unprofessional but all else was smooth! I do recommend this location they were friendly and helpful.

I don’t write positive reviews very often (or any reviews, really), but these guys deserve it! I’m in between health insurance right now (it should have activated today but— due to a paperwork mishap—my insurance could not find me in the system).These guys were so great and worked around it! I very obviously have strep and called around, looking for any urgent care that would take me. Most said they would take me tomorrow and that I’d have to wait in my car since I have a fever. Ummm, no, I have razor blades in my throat. Get me in today. These guys had plenty of capacity, were truly concerned for my well-being, and super professional and kind the whole time. They even pulled a couple things so I’d have to pay less. I am extremely happy with them and will be going back in the future (hopefully not; but I will go there if I have to!). They even gave me my antibiotics then and there! Fantastic!

Everything was good except for one thing... She did the quick results in front of me and I was very surprised and unprepared for one of the results to be a non-negative. It turned out to be because of a prescription that I'm on. It was very unsettling. They should ask about prescriptions and/or provide a list of medications that will affect the results. We have enough anxiety in society already.

The transition to the new system made it impossible to schedule online.  I had to call in. First call was disconnected and I had to call back and wait in line again.

After receiving my results, I called Labcorp and discussed the results with a consultation. This consultation filled in my knowledge gaps and made me more aware of my particular situation.
