This urgent care 8s TOPNOTCH The staff is compassionate, friendly and helpful. Professionalism at its best. Highly recommend this facility.

The check in computer machines were too complicated for Senior Citizens and individuals who are not computer savvy.  We had to use several check in machines to check in. The receptionist had to use two machines before she could check us in. Staff was very nice.

I’ve been to White Plains Urgent Care twice.The physicians are very thorough, professional and kind and answered all my questions. The staff is professional as well and the office and exam rooms are very clean.

Very pleased with the overall experience here. Receptionist was very pleasant as well as the support staff we encountered. Saw Dr. Mary Wolter who was very personable and easy to talk to. She performed a thorough exam and answered any questions or concerns we had. Never felt rushed. Office and patient rooms were immaculate.

Woke up on Wed with a sore throat and I called Urgent Care. Had an appointment within 2 hours. Was treated with 2 X-rays and 3 swabs. Went to CVS for 2 prescriptions and returned home.

Every doctor, assistant, every front desk , all staff provide excellent service and therefore there is no wait, prescription written and further medical attention is discussed at length when recommended. Doctoring skills and knowledge  are outstanding as well as the Gathering of medical  information  and  the office and restrooms are inaccurate.  Everyone is exceptional kind and caring. Excellent!
