Great Team of professionals!! Check in was quick ana easy.

Unfortunately this was a return from previous Saturday. Diagnosed as viral but symptoms continue. Today was prescribed an antibiotic, hopefully this will take care of it. I did not make an appointment. Staff was great. Only had about 45 minute wait.

Although I had an appointment, I still had to wait a half hour before my turn. I had to explain why I was there to 3 people: the MA, the intern, then the provider. My symptoms included cough, congestion, headache, sore throat. When I came 3 months earlier with similar symptoms, I was prescribed one medication for cough and another for congestion. This time I was not given any prescriptions. I would not have wasted my time if I knew I would not be given a prescription to relieve my symptoms.

This is the only place i go they are wonderful and very caring thank you 🙏

LOVE the staff here!! They are all super sweet and make me feel so uncomfortable as always. They got right to business and I was in and out so fast.

Everyone is friendly and helpful, from the receptionist to the nurses to the provider. Attentive doctors that listen to concerns and provide detailed and helpful information. They take both physical and mental health into consideration.

Maybe more comfortable chairs in the waiting area.

When I arrived for treatment for a tick bite, I stood at the desk and the receptionist did not look up or even acknowledge me. I waited about one minute and then she said, “how can I help you?” in a monotone voice still not looking at me. She could not have been more disinterested in my existence. The wait was fine, about 15 minutes. The doctor on call was ok, but I felt she blew off my stomach issue that I was worried could be related to the tick bite. She also seemed rushed. I would have been better just waiting for an appointment with my regular doctor.  I would not recommend this place.

Experience exceeded my expectations. The friendliness of front desk staff and medical assistant was excellent. Was seen in a timely manner and felt confident that the care given was appropriate. Yes, a 5 star review.
