My son needed to be seen for his ear and the scheduling was great, wait time was short, the front desk people were amazing but the nurse practitioner/ Dr was not friendly at all!!! She looked in his ear and said I can’t help right now but come back in a few days and I said will I have to pay the $50 copay again and she said well it’s not my fault, do you want to sign a waiver in case he gets permanent ear damage. I said no absolutely not I just live on a small income and she wasn’t kind about it at all. I will NEVER go back if Samantha Thomas is there again!! Other than her everything else was great. Even the pharmacy technician was helpful and kind.

The nurse practitioner’s & staff are all so nice &’d kind! This is the only urgent care that I go to.

I got out of bed this morning and my right knee hurt so bad I had a hard time standing without pain.  I was given several options to look into that could help with the pain.  I would definitely recommend this provider.  She was very kind and gave me several suggestions of things to check into to, to help with my pain. Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.

I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Labcorp for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.
