Excellent experience. Staff, cleanliness, explanation of tests and treatment.

The check in computer machines were too complicated for Senior Citizens and individuals who are not computer savvy.  We had to use several check in machines to check in. The receptionist had to use two machines before she could check us in. Staff was very nice.

My first time at the Physicians One located in Mamaroneck. Online appointment booking was easy. Receptionist was friendly. Ray gave an excellent throat culture! MaryAm, the PA, was knowledgeable and a good listener. I would return to this urgent care.

no one wants to go to urgent care, but all there provided a welcoming environment. Each person was friendly, professional and willing to help! I would mention this location to anyone for good care!

I’ve been to White Plains Urgent Care twice.The physicians are very thorough, professional and kind and answered all my questions. The staff is professional as well and the office and exam rooms are very clean.

Very pleased with the overall experience here. Receptionist was very pleasant as well as the support staff we encountered. Saw Dr. Mary Wolter who was very personable and easy to talk to. She performed a thorough exam and answered any questions or concerns we had. Never felt rushed. Office and patient rooms were immaculate.

Woke up today with a cough and stuffy sinuses. Nick is so knowledgeable and helpful. I’m glad he was there when I came in today. Service is always quick and scheduling was easy to set up online.

Very knowledgeable and fast service. I really like Dr Chen. He spends the time to talk to you and explain what’s happening. The staff is super friendly . Best part is if you need a x-ray they have that on the premises which is so much easier than going to a radiology lab.
