The PA was kind and non alarming!  I didn’t feel that way with the previous visit 2 days before! She explained things carefully, so I understood what I was dealing with and prescribed the correct medication! The previous PA told me I would get a call with the results of my urine  test, but I never got that call and my antibiotics needed to be changed. I developed a fever and came in again! Not sure why I never got that call???

So amazing these caring souls that work here! I came in last minute with my daughter and in the kerfuffle of illness and getting her there on time we forgot her ID. The appointment I had originally was at 6:30 and they close at 7. We didn’t get back there with the ID until 6:50. The angel at the front desk called me to see if I was still coming! They helped us thoroughly, thoughtfully and with incredible kindness. Thank you immensely.

Have been having pain in my right side for a few days.  I was able to schedule an appointment within 15 minutes. I was seen within 5 minutes of arriving.  Got some antibiotics for a kidney infection and am feeling a little better today.  Would definitely recommend Carbon Health

So I’m like 100% sure I have either the flu or Covid. I came in here only because I have an infant my older boys I’ve had Covid in the flu. My baby is only one and a half so I didn’t want to get swabbed for Covid and the flu the PA who was working I believe his name was Jeremy obviously did not want to do any testing again. I have an infant. I don’t feel like sitting in an urgent care for 12+ hours nor do I feel like having my infant hospitalized due to Covid and or the flu so I had to walk my ass back to the Carbon health to tell them I wanted to get swabbed for Covid and the flu. It’s a little bit annoying that I come out of my way and pay for a visit when I don’t get anything done all he tested me for was strep and I knew I didn’t have strep. He did not listen to any of my concerns and or symptoms He sat there and said that everything seems to be revolving around my throat hurting, which was not the case I never once said that the nurse Lulu was amazing. She helped me and she also did my swab test.

I had an ear infection and made an appointment through Solv because usually urgent care is busy. It was an easy process. I came in and was seen in less than 5 minutes. Doctor gave my antibiotics and I took them the time required. I came today for a follow and got my ear flushed. What a relief!! Staff is friendly and cares about you.

This was a great place. Everyone was very nice and caring. We Loved that there was an X-ray tech and machine onsite. Is definitely recommend as well as go back if I ever need to.

Wait time was very long even with appointment although scheduling is easy using the website. Self check in is very easy. Front office is very small and no place the sit. No waiting area outside as well. Billing office is not responsive for billing questions through email. Front desk is very friendly and very helpful.

Dr. Watkins  is wonderful she is a great doctor and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Check in was easy.

Every time I go there the nursing staff is always talking about personal issues. I don’t think that’s  professional.

This was my 1st experience with AME because my primary care wasn't available. I will be telling others and coming back if I need to.

First time here and everyone was super friendly and the facility is really clean. I decided to come here due to symptoms of a sinus infection. I love how easy it was to make an appt, especially same day! I also saw a sign that they take walk ins. Overall great experience!
