Appointment scheduling is straightforward and easy. Staff was efficient. Provider was caring. He listened. Great experience.

I did not use the scheduling option.  I did a walk-in.  Wait time was not long.  Provider was attentive and friendly. I would recommend this office.

Prepping dinner & cut my finger... quick in, quick stitches, quick out. Staff was outstanding & turned a bad experience into a good one. Thank you!

I woke up in the middle of the night with a painful sore throat and was pleasantly surprised that I could immediately schedule a same-day appointment online at the urgent care clinic. When I called in the morning, the staff was incredibly accommodating, helping me to get an even earlier slot. Their prompt and compassionate care really made a difference, easing my discomfort and offering peace of mind in a stressful situation.

Brittany was the best!! She was so kind and made me feel so comfortable, I had somewhat of a sensitive issue and she didn’t make me feel weird or bad at all! If I got the name wrong she’s the nurse who talked to me about finding a sea urchin on the beach, she is black, wore ponytail, long sleeve scrubs, probably the friendliest healthcare provider I’ve ever had!

Both the front and back staff were friendly, and helpful. Both the waiting room and patient’s rooms were clean and inviting.  Dr. Shuker has an excellent bedside manner, he’s very knowledgeable and conducted a thorough exam. I wasn’t rushed during my appointment, treatment was discussed with me, and my questions were answered. I recommend Beacon Skin and Surgeries to all.

I use Michigan Urgent Care for virtually all of my medical needs. The Waterford location specifically, is my absolute favorite. The staff is always friendly and very accommodating. It appears that there is not much turnover at this location which says a lot by itself. Blanca and 2 of the full time receptionists are the best!! Sadly, I've had to visit several urgent care facilities in my 51 years but this one is by far the best!!

Brita and Caroline the PA were amazing! They were very efficient. I love how clean the facility was. I would recommend these two ladies and your urgent care to anyone. I work in the medical field and I was very impressed. The only thing I would recommend would be wheel chair accessible doors. There should be a push button for entrance and exit. Overall I give this place a 10 out of 10

They were top-notch, quick, and organized, and they were on time didn't even need to get out Of my car. It was a drive-throw covid test.

Went in today to be looked at for persistent back and stomach pain. The back pain I've had before but the stomach pain was new and I wanted answers. My exam with the NP felt rushed and didn't provide any information that I didn't already know. Before I had a chance to ask questions I was being taken to check out. I was so disappointed, in pain, and frustrated I could barely speak.

Nice and quick visit with online appointment options and paperwork you can fill out before arriving. Streamlined process for quick care.

My children honestie tigner-fisher never received her medicine for her ear infection nor did Gionni fisher receive his medication for pain for his finger can the doctor please send it over
