They have taken care of her and even given me a referral so that I may take her to a specialist to further evaluate her. It's not very far from my home at all. Although I received pertinent advice for my infected finger, the PA was not specific about how to ‘take care’ of my cuticles to avoid future infections. The NP was ok But the medical assistant inserted the needle too deep in my veins or either the needle was too big l bleed a lot after she took out the needle the blood was so much it’s dripping into my white pans, at my age that was the first time that happening to me l think she needs more training in that level.

An excellent visit, but what impressed me the most was the professionalism of medical staff. The blood test was done accurately with very little pain. Last time I had a blood test (another place), they couldn't find a vein (and blamed me), then they jabbed me many times. I had big bruises and pain for months.
