Discovered a blister on my left hand thumb and called for a 11am appointment to have it treated. The staff at the reception area were attentive and very cordial. The wait was short and the Nurse Practitioner was able to suggest treatment for my thumb. She was able to address my concerns and provided a dressing for my thumb and prescribed an antibiotic at my pharmacy. Urgent Care was professional and advised me on how I should care for my thumb. I went to get a covid test today. I was warmly greeted by receptionist who gave me instructions and I was called in and greeted by technician who was very nice and thorough. I waited for results and then seen by a physician. He checked my glands and throat. He was very nice and gave me some suggestions to help my sore throat.
