The patient bathroom toilet seat was really dirty on the bottom of it. Other than that everything was clean except the toilet seat.

Had an issue with my ear.  It went as well as possible with a positive result.

The wait was short. I did not have an appointment. Staff was friendly. Nurse Practitioner Gail was pleasant and informative.

Scheduling was great. The PA I saw is amazing she is always so helpful. The wait time was ridiculous tho. Waited over an hour for my appointment and to be seen. But after that was given time with the staff.

I absolutely abhor going to any kind of doctor or clinic, but this visit was as nice as it could have been- so a review seems necessary. Both ladies behind the counter were very friendly & on point with me as well as with the other patients who were coming & going. The doctor I saw was fantastic. Her bedside manner was kind, & her questions were thorough. She balanced a comforting sense of humor with confident professionalism. Unfortunately I can't remember her name... she was reasonably tall, if that helps :)

Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.

I was very surprised with my experience here. My appointment was made very quickly. I was seen in a very short period of time. My test results came back in a very timely manner. I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here. I definitely recommend using them for any issues you have or any questions you may have.
