The wait time and walk in was effortless. The front desk staff is very friendly. I know the rest of the staff that I saw today also did listen to all my health concerns and I know insurance only allows certain things. I know the staff has changed over the years but the visit still went well. I think we did cover a lot of the things and I may have forgotten a few things to bring up and I know the Urgent Care is usually the first stop and if things do not improve I know in the past to just message or call about conditions. A lot of the staff seems more knowelagable compared to many other places that I have been to.

Institution states they will not take an insurance payment for any type of "physical exam" even if your insurance will pay for it they force you to pay out of pocket. Let you schedule the appointment just to inform you once you've arrived for your appointment and not before hand. This procedure needs to be evaluated and changed. I would recommend so far for any other service.

I would  definitely  recommend  I went with  out appoitment  no need wait too long and the staff are very nice.And  the most important  for me they are very helpful  with  my concerns about my health

I’ve had a chronic cough for awhile . The staff and Dr.  Chris are thorough, professional , helpful and charming . I have a prescription, some answers and hope for relief with the Urgent Care team. I know I have a place that I trust to go to for medical help. Thank you.

Thank you for agreeing to monitor my hand infection while its being drained till it heals. She did a wonderful job packing the incision for me. She knew exactly what to do. Thank you again. I will see you weekly until it is cleared and healed.

Had hip issue.   Taken in immediately.   Xrays soon  All help friendly, very helpful and very patient.  Answered all questions easily. A pleasant experience if you can say that about a medical issue. Thanks and Have a great day
