Find TB testing in Shrub Oak, NY

Woke up this morning with a fever and aches and pain. Dr was very thorough and staff was very professional. My wait time was under 30 minutes. Very pleased with the visit. I highly recommend.

Honestly I was underimpressed with the service - my doctor was virtual and it felt like there was less care given. I also had no idea the doctor wasn’t on premise a heads up would have been nice - why did I pay 200 for a virtual visit. Disappointing

Very pleasant and helpful front desk staff. (Leanne) Well organized and clean office.  APRN, Michelle Tolbert was friendly, reassuring and efficient, prescribing medication for my allergic reaction to an insect bite.  Would definitely recommend this office, for walk-in or primary care.

There was no wait, but I had to use an app to check in, which took about 10 minutes.  So, why are there employees at the front desk, if I’m doing their job for them?  I could see the benefit of this if there were 5 people waiting to check in… but they couldn’t do my intake when I was literally the only person in the waiting room? I was pulled into the room pretty quickly, but then waiting in the exam room for about 1/2 hour.  The doctor was friendly and listened to my list of symptoms and then examined me.   Besides the check in process and wait to be seen by the doctor , everything was positive.

I have been to this facility a few times when I have had to take my child in times when her Pediatrician was away. They have taken care of her and even given me a referral so that I may take her to a specialist to further evaluate her. It's not very far from my home at all. I'm glad they are also available after my child gets out of school, since her pediatrican's last appt. is at 3:30, I have time to go to Metro-UrgiCare and feel reassured.

Check in was easy. I was a walk in. The staff that attended me were amazing. Thank you!

Love coming here. Always clean the staff is always  friendly and welcoming. The care is most definitely top notch. Great place. Wish they had more . So I wouldn’t have to go to other doctor offices

They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.

I thought it was extremely easy to book a lab test appointment with Labcorp. Getting the test done was simple and so was the getting the results! Great job putting together something so user friendly.

After receiving my results, I called Labcorp and discussed the results with a consultation. This consultation filled in my knowledge gaps and made me more aware of my particular situation.

I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Labcorp for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.
