Doctor and staff are very professional and nice.

Went to urgent care as a return patient.   Ms. Baxter listens to me and an adult who knows her body.   Does not talk over and explains quickly and distinctly in a manner one can understand.   I will continue as the ease of scheduling, precise care, and caring persona of the staff.

Most of the staff was at lunch when I was there so the lady who handles the front office also did my test. She was fabulous from the start by keeping me informed about the timeline and conducting the test. The Dr/PA was ok.

We were able to walk in late at night, diagnose and address my child’s strep throat. Thank you for being open late and having such a capable staff.

It was hard to check in because my eyes were swollen with pink eye but receptionist didn’t card. Could hardly see the fill out QR code was small on phone.

My son was exposed to someone who tested positive for COVID-19. I was able to book our appointment online, complete all the necessary paperwork digitally and when we arrived we waited for less than 2 minutes before we were called back. We chose to have him tested using the rapid test and we were able to wait in the room for his results. I appreciate their efficiency in our time of need.
