The nurse was friendly but not at all gentle in swabbing my nose for the pcr test. I let her know how much she was hurting me and I know it could have been done to the same effect a lot more gently. She also told me it would take 2-3 days to get pcr results. I was led to believe otherwise from your web site and the doctor who was very friendly came in after and said we should have it probably 24 hours.

I was pleased that I could get an appointment the same day. Staff were friendly and compassionate Given medication to help with my pain at my visit. I would have like to have more explanation of my medication and my diagnosis. I had a hard time finding the place. Had to ask couple of people where it was located. Booked online . I haven’t seen my bill yet, so don’t know the cost. Checkin was very easy. Only 1 sheet of paper, to fill out. Did not ask about present medication, allergies or history, which I was surprised about. I needed an urgent appointment & was very happy to be able to in so quickly. I was told that masks were required; however only 1 of the receptionist had one on - not fully covering her mouth & nose - the 2nd one didn’t have one at all. 6 patients were waiting & only 2 of us put on masks. Probably a good an idea to say “recommended” if even your staff isn’t wearing them. Other than that, the nurse & provider were great. Got my diagnosis right & gave me the medication I needed. Will come back if needed for other urgent care.

I’ve been here 3 times this year for different issues. The doctor is thorough and explains everything well. She is a very caring person. I could go to a place that’s close to my house but I like Prima a lot more —I’ve seen the same doctor each time, they give you personal attention, and I’ve never had to wait more than about 10 minutes.
