Took my son for an eye infection. The whole process was convenient from scheduling the appointment same date to being treated. Was in and out in less than an hour. friendly staff and facility was clean.  For sure will keep in mind for future visits.

We had the best experience. Wonderful staff, and our regular pediatrician happened to be on duty that day. We didn’t wait long. We will be back again the next time we have an urgent care need.

I recently visited Bellaire ER. The front desk ladies were very nice. My nurse Melissa went above and beyond to make me feel better. Lastly Dr. Quitanilla provide fast precise care to get me back on track and feeling better. Thank you all.

Our family’s PCP’s never have same-day appts available so we always go to this facility for our urgent care. Dr. Ishmael is always friendly and thorough. We haven’t had to experience long waits. We like that we can log in to secure an appt slot.

Super easy to make the appointment and several spot available within 15 minutes. Nurse practitioner was helpful and knowledgeable. I was in office like 45 min since I arrived at office. I did check in paperwork ahead of visit. I recommend and will go there again.

I was super impressed! Their paperwork was quick and easy. The chairs were wide enough to fit in comfortably. Staff was very friendly. Treatment was prompt and already feel a lot better. I was in and out in record time! Did I tell you how silos the paperwork was to complete on your phone? Not 4-8 pages of repetitive signatures!! Awesome all around!!! All in all, very good experience. The only thing I would suggest is that when staff enters a room or when they greet you upon your walk into the clinic, that the staff introduced themselves. Personally, I like to know who I’m seeing and what we’re doing. Jenny did a very thorough job Of caring for me

The only negative thing I have to say is I didn't know about setting the appt. up online. The people are great and the care is awesome. When I can't see my personal physician Prime Urgent takes care of me. Thank you for being there for me.

Woke up with intense hip pain from a fall. The staff made it a priority to ease my pain. They know I take care for my 88 year old mom & their care was appreciated by both of us.

I had to wait an hour, but once they took me back everyone was friendly and very efficient. Thank you!!
