The staff was great. Wait time was quoted as 10-20 minutes but was almost two hours. PA apologized which was appreciated. The lobby bathroom was out of order 😖. With that said I wasn’t unhappy. Just could be some improvements.

Appreciate the ability to schedule same morning appointment. The nurses were very friendly and showed concern for my situation. The only downside was an hour wait in the exam room without hearing from anyone.
