I had been feeling sick for 2 days & I was able to do a walk in appointment on Friday evening 11/22/24. A Very friendly young lady at the desk took down my info & let me wait in the comfort of my own vehicle. Nurse called & took down more patient info and was told to come on in, she was very polite, & understanding of me feeling under the weather. The Dr. (Ms Lange) came in & made me feel at ease & that I was in good hands. All of the staff were friendly, comforting & professional. Would highly recommend Springfield Urgent Care!
