Booked an appointment online, showed up 15 minutes before hand, they saw me almost instantly after I checked in, before my appointment time! Very friendly and caring staff that did the most to make me feel comfortable the whole time. My nurse/technician was Rich and he was the best to work with. Really liked this experience and will go back if needed.

There seem to be so many walk ins in the same area but happy to have found this one. I would suggest another sign on side of building where entrance is to make it easier to spot.

I was very put off by the fact you have to leave a credit card on file! I am very uncomfortable with doing that in this day and age! Receptionist honestly had no warmth… behind the desk personality and seemed robotic! NO other urgent care DEMANDS this… Back office was Amazing… X-ray tech awesome.. Alison PA(?) or dr. Was fantastic! Care great! On a side note I had trouble with the billing dept. when this was under another name! Not sure if the same person heads this up now but she was nasty! I will probably go to City Med as they have a much better system up front!

Everyone was great. From in take, to vitals to Dr. Faud it was amazing. Friendly and caring. Next day I felt so much better. Will come for future care. Only thing they had Spanish speaking patients and no one was available to translate or help them. But they did try with using the phone translating but someone should be onboard that can help with this type of situation. But overall great place.
