I scheduled an appointment for 8:40 and checked in at 8:37, people with walks ins were seen before me and i waited til around 9:15 to be taken back, i didn’t leave the office til right at 10. this is the second time i had to wait a while after having an appointment

Taylor and her medical assistant in the Urgent Care were great. They listened and helped me. The check in staff were rude. I explained that I was there to be seen as I had a fever for three days and she snapped at me to put a mask on. I don’t feel well enough to be treated like that. While I don’t recommend the check in staff, I do highly recommended Taylor.

The place needs a thorough cleaning. The bathroom was disgusting. The exam room did not appear to have been cleaned after the last patient. I don’t think the level of sanitation is acceptable for a medical facility.
