Unfamiliar with the options for Urgent Care, in the Cullman area, led me to visiting Huntsville Hospital Urgent Care, based on a trusted friend providing an excellent referral and personal recommendation, for myself, and my two kiddos, of whom have all experienced these unpleasant sickly germ infested symptoms, for going on 3 days…  Not only was the staff, beyond exceptional with personality, there was a flare for professionalism and informative conversation, from the very beginning, during a call to confirm insurances and scheduling nuances, but upon arrival, it was to be noted that, that this level of unmatched kindness and compassion and efficiency, was the standard of each and every interaction, of which we were so fortunate to be engaged with, throughout the entire process of our visit! After receiving my results, I called Labcorp and discussed the results with a consultation. This consultation filled in my knowledge gaps and made me more aware of my particular situation.

I was very surprised with my experience here. My appointment was made very quickly. I was seen in a very short period of time. My test results came back in a very timely manner. I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here. I definitely recommend using them for any issues you have or any questions you may have.

A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.

I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Labcorp for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.
