Well I was a walk in I waited awhile but I did get to see the doctor and she was very friendly and professional,the staff was very friendly as well the receptionist was very knowledgeable and helpful ,so I was very pleased with the service I received I must say that I would refer my family and friends

Front desk is not very friendly and has no urgency at all. Not great for a worried mother. Clinical staff and nurse practitioners are absolutely amazing. Great care!

I blame the company for the wait time — offering 10 appointment times in one hour is irresponsible and poor personnel management— I felt terrible for the one receptionist, the one nurse, and the one practitioner. The people were lovely but the process needs improvement.

I was able to book our appointment online, complete all the necessary paperwork digitally and when we arrived we waited for less than 2 minutes before we were called back. We chose to have him tested using the rapid test and we were able to wait in the room for his results. I appreciate their efficiency in our time of need.

I was very surprised with my experience here. My appointment was made very quickly. I was seen in a very short period of time. My test results came back in a very timely manner. I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here.
