I scheduled my appointment online and there were plenty of appointment times available\. When I arrived, I was the only patient in the office at first, with a couple arriving shortly afterward.  I was taken to an examination room fairly quickly, but then waited over an hour before being seen\. It seemed that there was only one clinician available, and I don’t think she was there at the time. I understand that staffing and unexpected circumstances can sometimes cause delays. However, this is the second time I have experienced a very long wait at this facility after scheduling an appointment online. I would hope that the number of appointments offered could listed based on clinician availability.  I appreciate the staff and understand that everyone can have a busy day. I’m simply sharing my experience because waiting over an hour to be seen, particularly when there were appointment openings available online, was frustrating and disappointing.

I am suffering from allergies… but didn’t know what was wrong. I was able to go online make an appointment and within a few hours I was diagnosed. I highly recommend you contact them through their website.  Second time I’ve been diagnosed here. Staff is very helpful. They are always very supportive, attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.

I thought it was extremely easy to book a lab test appointment with Labcorp. Getting the test done was simple and so was the getting the results! Great job putting together something so user friendly.

I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Labcorp for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.
