Kasey at the front desk was so patient logging my mother in manually and helped ensure that my mother got in and out of Convenient MD safely. She was very kind and attentive with everybody. This was my first visit to the facility and my experience, beginning with the receptionist, then to the nurse/medical assistant, then to the doctor was completely positive. Everyone was friendly, flexible, and attentive. Test results and scans were done quickly as were the test results. The Urgent Care facility is located within the MGH/Brigham Medical Center in Danvers making it convenient to have onsite testing.
