I'm so grateful to have this place in town. I got fast, professional and respectful care.

I attempted to book an appt online but wasn’t able to do so.  Seemed the website wasn’t working properly.  I waited for less than 20 minutes to be seen at the office.  All staff was professional and friendly.

Great experience. Staff was efficient, professional and friendly. Medical professional was thorough and provided clear explanations. Facility was spotlessly clean and modern.

The doctor immediately addressed all my concerns, showed excellent bedside manner and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Everyone was helpful, pleasant and professional. I was in and out in no time! Thank you!

Nice and capable staff for Covid 19 test. Very busy, so a bit of a wait for callbacks and when at site, and needed to call at site to get staff to come to car. Signed up for antibody test beforehand but not available when I got there. I am glad because the test is up to $200, depending on how much insurance covers. Call insurance first for sure.

Very professional and kind

The facility on rte 125 north andover was fine once I was seen by the healthcare provider and I have nothing negative regarding the care. BUT the male individual who "sits" at the front reception desk needs to Go. He has zero customer service skills and is clueless and very rude regarding his patient-interaction. He told me "check yourself in over there ( at the kiosk), because I'm busy; so if you don't want to do it yourself, you'll have to wait, because I'm doing something now". I asked what about the other "receptionist" sitting near him. He said: "She's eating, so you'll have to wait; or go some place else". I would like to know who hires people like these? One is "busy eating" [ at front desk] so she can't or won't accommodate checking me in;;; he us busy with "something",,,,so if I don't like being treated in such a derogatory manner by these two morons...he told me I can "go some place else". ! Wow, just Wow. If this is all they can find to "sit" at front desk....I have a suggestion: please have no one "sit" at front desk and get paid for doing nothing. Since there is availability to do self-check-in....then just do away with these two useless airheads.

Excellent care at AFC urgent care .  Staff was amazing, no wait times , called perscription in right away .

I woke up, feeling very ill with a fever, sore throat and a banging headache. I did a quick Covid test at home and it was positive before the control line even developed. I booked an online appointment and was prescribed medication for my needs within five minutes. I am forever grateful to AFC.
