The wait time was very short, the staff was friendly, and picking up prescriptions was most convenient I have ever experienced. They deserve this high rating.

Everyone was very gracious and helpful. Staff was smiling and welcoming as well as professional. Extremely happy with the care I received.

Brita and Caroline the PA were amazing! They were very efficient. I love how clean the facility was. I would recommend these two ladies and your urgent care to anyone. I work in the medical field and I was very impressed. The only thing I would recommend would be wheel chair accessible doors. There should be a push button for entrance and exit. Overall I give this place a 10 out of 10

I came in because of itching of upper body. I thought I was having an allergic reaction, the provider saw me for less than 5 minutes and gave me a medical diagnosis of yeast and prescription Nystatin. I felt that that was wrong so I went to my allergist and asked could she see me, she said I had it an infection on my back so she gave me told me not to use the Nystatin and gave me antibiotics steroids and some steroid cream for the inflammation. I had to paid the urgent care $45 for the visit office, then they charge my insurance $400 plus dollars but they didn't help me. I will add, I usually have decent service from this location, but not this time.

The receptionist and the PA on duty for the day were awesome. The check in process was effortless and I was seen very quickly. The attention to detail referenced my visit and the care provided. I am visiting relatives from out of state and was welcomed with a smile and staff resolved my issues quickly. Cleanliness of the facility, everything had its place and staff worked well together. Great place to visit and have your medical needs attended too. Thank you,

Set up a last minute appt have covid testing since I wasn't feeling well. The staff came out quickly and administered the test quickly. Waited 15 minutes with a negative result. Now just waiting on my email with further results from the lab. Definitely would recommend.
