Pediatric urgent care near me in Grosse Ile, MI

I came in because of itching of upper body. I thought I was having an allergic reaction, the provider saw me for less than 5 minutes and gave me a medical diagnosis of yeast and prescription Nystatin. I felt that that was wrong so I went to my allergist and asked could she see me, she said I had it an infection on my back so she gave me told me not to use the Nystatin and gave me antibiotics steroids and some steroid cream for the inflammation. I had to paid the urgent care $45 for the visit office, then they charge my insurance $400 plus dollars but they didn't help me. I will add, I usually have decent service from this location, but not this time.

Professional staff excellent attitudes!! Although the Wi-Fi is sketchy my in and out time was wonderful!

Brita and Caroline the PA were amazing! They were very efficient. I love how clean the facility was. I would recommend these two ladies and your urgent care to anyone. I work in the medical field and I was very impressed. The only thing I would recommend would be wheel chair accessible doors. There should be a push button for entrance and exit. Overall I give this place a 10 out of 10

Brittany was the best!! She was so kind and made me feel so comfortable, I had somewhat of a sensitive issue and she didn’t make me feel weird or bad at all! If I got the name wrong she’s the nurse who talked to me about finding a sea urchin on the beach, she is black, wore ponytail, long sleeve scrubs, probably the friendliest healthcare provider I’ve ever had!

Very, very nice people! Kind and caring, working to do what’s best for the patient.

Friendly happy people, clean, fast, helpful. I showed up for a sport’s physical and forgot my card, they were willing to help in any way, took it over the phone for me. I appreciated that.

Wait time was short. Staff was friendly and helpful. This was my first visit to the Walk-in clinic. I will use this service in the future if necessary.

Check-in was quick and the staff was friendly. I only had to wait for a couple minutes to be seen once my paperwork was complete, and they sent the prescriptions they gave me in right away so I had them within the hour.
