I came in because of itching of upper body. I thought I was having an allergic reaction, the provider saw me for less than 5 minutes and gave me a medical diagnosis of yeast and prescription Nystatin. I felt that that was wrong so I went to my allergist and asked could she see me, she said I had it an infection on my back so she gave me told me not to use the Nystatin and gave me antibiotics steroids and some steroid cream for the inflammation. I had to paid the urgent care $45 for the visit office, then they charge my insurance $400 plus dollars but they didn't help me. I will add, I usually have decent service from this location, but not this time.

His was a very professional place. From the waiting room to the staff & the doctor it was all very nice. Would definitely recommend to all. No long wait either

Have been feeling sick with sore throat and went to my favorite health care place in Ann Arbor to get it looked at. The entire staff is super kind and I’m always helpful. I feel listened to and not crazy. I can’t believe I enjoy going to urgent care but this is that place for me! The staff make it incredible with their all around care! And check in is easy

Been having a terrible cough and mucus for a few weeks walked in today relatively no wait maybe 5 to 10 minutes after paperwork and got right to business. The staff was very caring and helpful. They listened to my issue made there educated assessment and had me on my way!

The checkin process took longer than the appointment for an urgent care, it took 25 min to complete check in.  The nurse practitioner I saw was very nice and appropriately addressed my daughter’s needs.  Everyone was nice but I felt the urgency to get her in was a little lacking.

Today is Friday Dec 15th..I retest my self and it read one line ,meaning I dont..have the. Virus..and I want to say thank you..

I was able to get right in and was there less than 30 minutes. Everyone was so nice, and it was extremely clean. Will absolutely be going back when needed!
