They are a rare medical facility! Easy to schedule, short wait, friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable staff. We had a question the day after visiting and got a call back from our health provider almost immediately. We are so thankful to have them locally!

The office staff were great! The only issue was a technical problem with trying to upload my insurance info through the online system they use, but the office staff were able to handle it on their end just fine, so it was just a minor hiccup. Everyone on staff was friendly and competent, and they were all wearing masks, which is a big positive in my book, especially since the concern I came in with was possible covid. Would definitely recommend.

The best urgent care ever from the front desk to the doctor it was very nice to see people care

Sarah and Sohail were excellent. Sarah took various tests to determine what was the best treatment for me. I had a cold with Strep throat. I was suffering tremendously with congestion, coughing, along with losing my voice. As soon as she began treatment I felt a world of difference along with the injection that Sohail gave me. Highly recommend this urgent care. Very clean, very friendly. There was no wait time at all, and I made the appointment along with paper work on time.

This was my second visit to this location.  I was happy to have the online scheduling option and the screen in the waiting room showing I needed to check in.  The staff is VERY friendly, prompt and courteous.   I have recommended this office to others and have been told they were glad they went there.  Thank you for opening one in our neighborhood.

I came in because of itching of upper body. I thought I was having an allergic reaction, the provider saw me for less than 5 minutes and gave me a medical diagnosis of yeast and prescription Nystatin. I felt that that was wrong so I went to my allergist and asked could she see me, she said I had it an infection on my back so she gave me told me not to use the Nystatin and gave me antibiotics steroids and some steroid cream for the inflammation. I had to paid the urgent care $45 for the visit office, then they charge my insurance $400 plus dollars but they didn't help me. I will add, I usually have decent service from this location, but not this time.

Brita and Caroline the PA were amazing! They were very efficient. I love how clean the facility was. I would recommend these two ladies and your urgent care to anyone. I work in the medical field and I was very impressed. The only thing I would recommend would be wheel chair accessible doors. There should be a push button for entrance and exit. Overall I give this place a 10 out of 10

The best urgent care here in Ann Arbor! The office staff was amazing!

Brittany was the best!! She was so kind and made me feel so comfortable, I had somewhat of a sensitive issue and she didn’t make me feel weird or bad at all! If I got the name wrong she’s the nurse who talked to me about finding a sea urchin on the beach, she is black, wore ponytail, long sleeve scrubs, probably the friendliest healthcare provider I’ve ever had!

On line check in is a little difficult. If you not savy with transporting picturea.

Appointment scheduling is straightforward and easy. Staff was efficient. Provider was caring. He listened. Great experience.
