Staff is as amazing as always. Treated my son with respect and compassion the second he walked through the door. This is our second time at this facility which is always clean and smells clean. One of the best urgent care in Charlotte. Staff was very friendly and doctor never was in rush. Doctor spent plenty of time with me to explain my condition, discussed treatment plan and called me 3 days later to check on me. This never happens anymore in modern medicine.
