I came to Parkland Urgent Care with flu like symptoms. The facility was very clean and there was no wait time. Dawn at the front desk made the check in process both friendly and quick. Nurse Ann performed the initial exam not only efficiently but with an excellent bedside manner. Nurse Practitioner Holly Cabell explained her diagnosis and treatment options in a clear style and allowed me the time to pepper her with a number of questions. While she was professional, she also made sure you knew that your questions and concerns were important to her. This is the best urgent care facility I ever visit. The staff deserves a 5 star review.

The treating professional I saw was Iris who was very thorough and correctly diagnosed and treated my condition. I was very happy overall with the service provided. I would recommend this highly.
