Fast service great staff clean office happy with the visit

Staff was good but they were not able to provide me with any real assistance/care since the office is not equipped with the  tools for required detailed eye exam. Thus, no real help was provided but the charge of $160 was still applied.

Was going to schedule an appointment but decided to walk in. Wait was fine and physician assistant was great!  This urgent care is the best in Phoenixville area!

Went to office to have a Covid test done when I arrived I was checked in right away and call to the back while I was finish up checking in. The staff took my vitals and took me to a room to wait for the doctor. The doctor arrived five minutes later. Everyone were very respectful and pleasant.

I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Labcorp for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.

What a wonderful place!!! The front desk staff was so welcoming, friendly and efficient. After filling out our paper work we were immediately seen by an intake nurse. And as soon as she finished Tim, the PA came in to us. He listened attentively, asked good questions , checked a couple of things and came up with a diagnosis. He gave us a lot of good information by way of explanation and didn’t rush us. He prescribed medication, gave us instructions as to what to do and not to do and offered for us to call him during the week if we had questions. It was a great experience by extremely capable staff. We were very impressed by the quality of care every step of the way.

It was my first time here very clean. All the women behind the desk we're knowlegeable and professional. It was worth the wait Doctor Ellis and the blonde nurse were great Doc did very good job with my toddlers stiches.

A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.
