Everyone is so nice. The doc was thorough and took time (even with waiting room full) to really listen and address issues. 10 out of 10!

The staff were efficient and extremely helpful with great bedside manner. I was in for a workers comp issue and they were able to help me with all the appropriate paperwork.

Great place Friendly staff.  Easy check in, not waiting time.

Got stung by several bees and was having an anaphylaxis reaction difficulty breathing and receptionist didn’t seem to be concerned and made me sit and wait in the waiting room for over 5 minutes before I went back up to the window to tell her I was having difficulty breathing and the answer I got was yeah I know she never got up out of her chair to talk to anybody so it was a good seven minutes or so before I was taken back to triage they took me into a room. I sat there for another three or four or five minutes waiting for a doctor to come in. They gave me a steroid injection never gave me any epinephrine to try and help with it. I was covered in a blood red rash my entire stomach and into my groin. They didn’t seem concerned about that. I was swelling, so I basically got a shot of steroids and nebulizer treatment and sent home with an EpiPen and some medicine so I was a little disappointed with how an anaphylactic reaction was treated. I’m in the medical field and I know how it should’ve been treated.

I absolutely abhor going to any kind of doctor or clinic, but this visit was as nice as it could have been- so a review seems necessary. Both ladies behind the counter were very friendly & on point with me as well as with the other patients who were coming & going. The doctor I saw was fantastic. Her bedside manner was kind, & her questions were thorough. She balanced a comforting sense of humor with confident professionalism. Unfortunately I can't remember her name... she was reasonably tall, if that helps :)

Had to get a booster tetanus shot and staff was very courteous. Nurses and doctors are great as well.

Had a strong cold, worried it might be pneumonia, it wasn’t, thankfully but I was immediately seen by the doctor and was immediately rxed and medicated. Very glad I went there! And strongly recommend it!

I have always had a very positive experience in my many visits there.The staff was friendly and effecient.The medical team was caring and had much empathy and knowledge.I was given a bottle of water and offered another.I wish I could rate it more than 5 stars.

I had a very positive experience at the Urgent Care. Dr. Deanna Gomez was wonderful! She was professional as well as compassionate. She clearly explained everything to me. I would recommend this Urgent Care to others.

Thought the whole experience was great. Easy check in and the LPN was friendly and knew her stuff. The Z Ray tech was super friendly as well.

My scheduling was so easy didn’t had any problem at all, went in by 3:00pm and was out by 3:20pm I’m so grateful to meet nice and friendly caring staff !!!!🙏👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Scheduling was great. The PA I saw is amazing she is always so helpful. The wait time was ridiculous tho. Waited over an hour for my appointment and to be seen. But after that was given time with the staff.
