Due to a change in procedures at the clinic I am usually seen, I was referred to Chai Care for a consult. From the friendly office staff scheduling my appointment, the ease of filling out paperwork, the availability, the understandable instructions for my telemed call to the provider on the call…..Everything about my experience was top notch!!! I suffered a deep wound to my leg. I walked in the following day, my wait time was less than 15 minutes, the PA who l think was named Louis ?cleaned my wound and stitched it up. I went back today to get the stitches out. Wait time was under 10 minutes. He cleaned it up and took the stitches out without pain.The facility itself is very clean and the entire staff friendly

I was able to be in and out in 45 mins. The doctor’s diagnosis was spot on. I am feeling much better.

Wonderful medical care including staff and doctor. The only issue I had was that sinceci was feeling really si Ciminello, I made an appointment so that I wouldn’t have to wait and I ended up waiting anyway.
