The pediatrician urgent care exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff was friendly, the facility was clean, and the care provided was top-notch. Highly recommended! 5 stars!

Sinus headache front desk staff was very friendly however, doctor did not touch me. He had a student with him. He asked me some questions I said to him you didn’t even look at my ear you didn’t touch me. He just asked me that I have the same symptoms before I’ll give you antibiotics, I sold him the ones I did not want give me amoxicillin when I look outside. He’s looking at my chart and the students online at dresses not a good look. .

Institution states they will not take an insurance payment for any type of "physical exam" even if your insurance will pay for it they force you to pay out of pocket. Let you schedule the appointment just to inform you once you've arrived for your appointment and not before hand. This procedure needs to be evaluated and changed. I would recommend so far for any other service.

Easy and quick check in on your phone. Came early and no wait at all. Tests were done quick and prescription sent electronically. Enjoyed, and would return

The PA and I am so sorry I cannot remember her name, was so nice and very knowledgeable and thourogh. She thankfully did not believe the X-ray was correct and strongly encouraged me to see an orthopedist. There was indeed a fracture. I am truly thankful for her advice.

Scheduling and check-in were so easy. It released my anxiety over getting help right away that morning. Without exception, everyone was courteous and professional. Doctor Craig was extremely  thorough  checking beyond the ordinary and digging deeper. Thank you everyone.

Pre check in is convenient and easy. Wat time was reasonable. Staff was professional and friendly.

I’m disappointed bc I went in and the doctor took a look at me for a few seconds checking my ears, mouth and lungs and sent me away with allergy medication for $40. I dont have allergies but I suppose it was the simplest diagnosis. My symptoms progressively got worse bc of this not being properly treated. I ended up taking some antibiotics which did help. Anyways, the doctor was too quick and not thorough in her examination. I personally would not recommend unless you do have allergies, but that wasn’t even diagnosed correctly.

Did not care for nurse practitioner. I know when I need an antibiotic. So wait til it gets worse instead of nipping it in the Budd. I haven't been sick since 2918 and this child doesn't know much. 😕 And I like this office. Next time I will wait and see my own health care provider. Sorry
