Very pleasant atmosphere... and I like the music they play there. It is spacious and modern, very clean. I went for a covid rapid test. It was a breeze as the technician in no way tried to poke my eyes out, through my nose, during the test. They allow only a certain number of people in to comply with social distancing. As a seat opens, you may enter. A very positive experience.

This is a good clinic that they take care of you right away & the staffs are amazing respectful to the patient… keep up ladies & doctor.

Hello. This was my first time ever visiting a modern md. I must say the staff at this location was amazing. They actually made me feel comfortable in the middle of a pandemic. So i truly appreciate the welcoming and the courtesy that was extended at this location. If i ever have an emergency or dont feel well this is definitely where i will come. Thank you so so much.

The ladies at front desk were very nice. And that’s rare for front desk women, they are usually over it and want you out their faces ASAP. However very nice. My triage nurse was a guy he was immensely comforting not at any point he made me feel uncomfortable. Extremely professional. Made sure I was good and reassured the PA will be with me shortly. Now my PA was the best she did not act til she did not want to touch me. She was thorough, answered all questions very patient with me and wanted me to understand my diagnosis and told me to ask much question as I wanted cause as humans we remember our questions when walk out. I appreciate and adore them over there.

Chai Urgent Care in the Jackson Heights shopping center, is a very well run place. The very professional staff is caring and respectful. I would go back without any hesitation.
