The people were very nice, everything was great and clean the only thing was the wait time was 2 hours , that might’ve been people not filling out their forms or whatnot- but the front desk lady was nice and so was the girl who took my vitals before the doctor checked me which was also great

Woke you not feeling well, made an appointment for this office everything was fast, the office was clean and I was able to get all I needed from my visit. Great staff and doctors

They treat you for maybe a few minutes and then run off to the next patient. Multiple times I’ve come and the staff has no time for me or my issues. Not even sure I’m getting proper care, just a quick solution.

Did not feel like I had healed well enough. Waiting to be tested to see if still had a  flu like infection. . Staff was very helpful and very caring. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Dr. Timur Ruzehaj was so friendly and knowledgeable! He even took the time to show me different diagrams and explain exactly what was wrong.

I went on line and I was able to easily book an appointment they were attentive to my concerns  Dr Patel was and amazing help and I really liked her very much  I am glad Airmont urgent care is there for me. They are a great medical facility  Thank you !

Great service. Quick.  In and out in 30 minutes.  Trip to CVS took longer to get prescription.

Front desk lady had an attitude. No communication with me and when another general man came they communicated that provider is not here yet etc . They should be sane to all the patients.  Provider was great.

The front office and screening staff were very friendly. They checked us in fast and were kind to my child who was the patient. The nurse or the doctor who saw us does not know how to accommodate to young kids (4yr). He was cold upon entering the room. He asked my kid questions as they are an adult and specifically asked if they had blurry vision, as we came in for an eye sty. My kid does not know what blurry is yet because my kid said this he told me to take my kid  to the ER. He never looked inside the eye and just touched outside, which didn’t hurt. We told the nurse what she’s been experiencing and I do not think that was heard. When  I said I wouldn’t take my kid to the ER for what looks to be an eye sty and I wanted to get drops prescribed, their attitude changed. Then they asked me to sit a waiver acknowledging that I’m making the decision to go against their recommendation and proceeded to read out the risks, which included death. He read of the risks and said death in front of my kid. My kid was scared and kept asking me afterwards if they were going to die.  It was a waste of my copay. I took my kid here because the pediatrician office was closed and the pediatric urgent care had a 2 hours wait.  This was a really bad experience. Again front office and the person who took my kids vitals were friendly and great, the nurse or doctor who saw us was horrible with kids.  Will not be coming back for my kids.

Didn’t make an appointment but it was smooth and simple to get in line and take care of paperwork. Very good experience that I can simply walk in and get answers while also feeling terribly sick.

Excellent experience. Staff, cleanliness, explanation of tests and treatment.

Follow up from last week. Cold symptoms. Became sinus infection. Dr Wolfson is the best. Her and the complete staff is the best. Outstanding customer care across the board.
