I went on Friday, October 19, 2021 to do the SARS-COV-2 PCR/SWAB (COVID-19) STANDARD test. I also brought my wife on September 16, 2021 because she had back, neck and shoulders pain due to a body massage she received on Central Park Avenue. The waiting time was short, the doctors were good, and the staff treated us well. I live in the Bronx, and I go there most of the times for urgent care service. I've been coming here for years now. I have never experienced any issues any of the other comments have. I have seen people walk in with attitudes thinking they are in control but no one takes the time to be in the know and when the staff tries to indulge them with some knowledge they get all huffy. This place is amazing. Be kind and courteous yourselves and perhaps you'd enjoy it as well!

I went to North Shore/LIJ Medical Group Urgent Care Center at 95-25 Queens Boulevard in Rego Park for my Covid-19 nasal swab test on May 16, 2020! The team were amazing! The Nurse Practitioner is an ENT specialist! She was truly wonderful! The team were very supportive, caring and compassionate! The NP even knew that I had a deviated septum just by looking at my nose! She really made the testing tolerable! Anyone in the New York area who needs to be tested should go there! I felt like I had 3 Angels in the room with me today! I am feeling totally blessed! ❤🙏😍😊
