I had a relapse of a sinus infection and was not able to schedule an appointment with my primary doctor. Stopped to Optum on a whim and was thrilled with the whole process from cleanliness to pleasant staff yo a responsive doctor who listened and cared

The wait time was not long. And checking in was fast.

I went to urgent care was have pain on my shoulder blade and was having a hard time taking deep breath. But all I can say is the nurses in the back were outstanding. Listen to what was going on. I did not have to wait a long time. The doctor or Lpn Elizabeth was so nice to me care and helped me out. Lady at front desk was stern otherwise a good experience

The Ardmore location for Covid testing is a tremendous gift. superlative staff and consistently fast results per the promise of 24-48 hours. I recently was tested at cvs and they failed to return the test within 48 hours as promised and ran over to your ardmore location with only 24 hours to go until my 5 day Paxlovid window was closing. I got my results in under 24 hours (a first!) so met the 5 day Paxlovid deadline. I am forever grateful for this service and while I understand there is talk of closing this location, I respectfully request that in this season of rampant flu, rsv, and other Covid-like symptoms caused by many viruses beyond Covid, that you please keep this location open. The other options for accessing testing such as cvs are not adequate and perform far below the excellent standard set by you and the team in Ardmore. Feeling as sick as I felt that day I could not have driven all the way to willow grove or Pottstown for testing, so that might also be an important consideration. Thank you!!!

The staff at the clinic were very friendly and worked to get my kids and I in and out in a timely manner. I would recommend this clinic because the staff provided great customer service.
