Couldn't see my PCP over the weekend and was able to get in and out in 40 mins. Practitioner was very nice and attentive. Gave me needed meds and instructions on taking. Staff was very friendly.

I had a low grade fever and fatigue over the weekend and walked in on Monday. Waited maybe 5 minutes. Staff was attentive, ran some tests, did a chest x-ray and concluded I had some viral infection. Wrote me an Rx for conjunctivitis, but just told me to rest and drink plenty of fluids, take Ibuprofen every 4 hours, which I have been doing. As of Wednesday morning I still have the chills and fever, so I wish they would have given me a Z pack. I will see how today goes but may need to come back.

Quick and easy and got me on the right meds scheduling was easy. Went early but didn’t wait long.  Friendly staff and medicine was ready in an hour for pickup

Had to get a booster tetanus shot and staff was very courteous. Nurses and doctors are great as well.

Was battling UTI pain and in and out with diagnosis and prescription.  It was a great experience.

I had a very positive experience at the Urgent Care. Dr. Deanna Gomez was wonderful! She was professional as well as compassionate. She clearly explained everything to me. I would recommend this Urgent Care to others.

Woke up with a swollen eye went to urgent care. Got some antibiotics and feeling better 24 hours later thank you.

Got stung by several bees and was having an anaphylaxis reaction difficulty breathing and receptionist didn’t seem to be concerned and made me sit and wait in the waiting room for over 5 minutes before I went back up to the window to tell her I was having difficulty breathing and the answer I got was yeah I know she never got up out of her chair to talk to anybody so it was a good seven minutes or so before I was taken back to triage they took me into a room. I sat there for another three or four or five minutes waiting for a doctor to come in. They gave me a steroid injection never gave me any epinephrine to try and help with it. I was covered in a blood red rash my entire stomach and into my groin. They didn’t seem concerned about that. I was swelling, so I basically got a shot of steroids and nebulizer treatment and sent home with an EpiPen and some medicine so I was a little disappointed with how an anaphylactic reaction was treated. I’m in the medical field and I know how it should’ve been treated.

Couldn’t get appointment with my primary doctor and then tried to get appointment with urgent care and they were booked so I tried walk-in. Luckily when I went I was seen shortly after arriving. Everyone was great. So glad I went. Very good care.  Thank you.

Today is the first time I learned about Carbon Health when it was recommended to me by the local CVS. Everything about my visit today was excellent! They are definitely my new urgent care center and I plan on telling my friends and family all about my pleasant experience there this morning.

Grateful for the care and quick service today! Wait time was under 1/2 hour in and out in about an hour total.

I absolutely abhor going to any kind of doctor or clinic, but this visit was as nice as it could have been- so a review seems necessary. Both ladies behind the counter were very friendly & on point with me as well as with the other patients who were coming & going. The doctor I saw was fantastic. Her bedside manner was kind, & her questions were thorough. She balanced a comforting sense of humor with confident professionalism. Unfortunately I can't remember her name... she was reasonably tall, if that helps :)
