Bravo to the Bloomfield office! The staff at this facility was spot for friendliness. Dr. Procaccini spent time to diagnosis my situation-He made me feel that I was his only patient. What a comfortable and confident feeling for a patient. A feeling all offices should exude. It is not only the physical that needs nurturing, but the mind and spirit-when one is ill. I went to North Shore/LIJ Medical Group Urgent Care Center at 95-25 Queens Boulevard in Rego Park for my Covid-19 nasal swab test on May 16, 2020! The team were amazing! The Nurse Practitioner is an ENT specialist! She was truly wonderful! The team were very supportive, caring and compassionate! The NP even knew that I had a deviated septum just by looking at my nose! She really made the testing tolerable! Anyone in the New York area who needs to be tested should go there! I felt like I had 3 Angels in the room with me today! I am feeling totally blessed! ❤🙏😍😊

I am traveling this week and have a bad cough. I did not want to infect anyone. I was referred to Dr. Ang, and I was so glad I went to see her. She checked was very professional and lovely! My testing turned out to be all negative and I am not contagious. Thank you, Dr. Ang!
