I went first appointment in the am for preop testing  I was called in and quickly given all tests  They said would be sent to my doctor . I had to call three times as they never sent the test results as indicated. The follow up was poor I called after being left a message to call the doctor to call me with results I called three times and was never called

The office was immediately welcoming with its cleanliness and hospitality. Quick easy service and I felt like I mattered and wasn’t just another patient. 10/10

Booked a last minute appointment on a Friday night, my toddler’s cough took a turn and seemed like she was having a harder time breathing. The staff was so kind and the physician was extremely thorough and reassuring, laid out next steps. Great experience, was easier than a sick appointment at the pediatricians!

I was very pleased with my experience at Atlantic Health Hackettstown.  I was in and out quickly.  The doctor and entire staff were pleasant and caring.  The waiting room and exam rooms were nice and clean!  I can definitely recommend them.

Today is the first time I learned about Carbon Health when it was recommended to me by the local CVS. Everything about my visit today was excellent! They are definitely my new urgent care center and I plan on telling my friends and family all about my pleasant experience there this morning.

They were perfect, attentive and aligned with all of my needs! Much suggested!

The nurse and doctor were outstanding. However, one of the front desk ladies needs a refresher on customer service. She was friendly to me and smiled but she was not the same toward all patients. Her tone gave the impression she was burnt out and lacked patience. Especially with those patients who had questions. She responded to their questions with an attitude and was clearly irritated just doing her job. I understand customer service is a hard job but she needs to re-evaluate if she’s in the right line of work.

Had to get a booster tetanus shot and staff was very courteous. Nurses and doctors are great as well.

I walked in without an appointment with cold and sinus symptoms. I was seen, treated and on my way all within 20 minutes, which is fabulous when you are not feeling well. I highly recommend Carbon Health.
