Institution states they will not take an insurance payment for any type of "physical exam" even if your insurance will pay for it they force you to pay out of pocket. Let you schedule the appointment just to inform you once you've arrived for your appointment and not before hand. This procedure needs to be evaluated and changed. I would recommend so far for any other service.

Quick and professional. Doctor and nurse were amazing friendly and asked all the required questions. Great assessment. The front desk person however not very friendly and we’re talking about people calling in for their results, now I know why they called I couldn’t get into my portal to check my results but feel like I would be bother the front desk.

Front desk associate and security were pleasant along with the nurse. PA Didomizio’s bedside manner was non existent. It seemed like I couldn’t be discharged fast enough. She showed 0 compassion for the fact that I was in excruciating pain. I inquired with the nurse about a cortisone shot and she told me they don’t give those in urgent care so I said no problem maybe I’ll run upstairs to my primary doc and see if he can help me. The PA came in shortly after and repeated what the nurse already told me and informed me that my primary wouldn’t give me a cortisone shot. She was dismissive and her facial expression made clear that she thought it was ridiculous that I was asking for a pain treatment. I won’t be back to this location for urgent care to avoid having to be treated by this provider. I would not recommend them.

I was struggling with flu like symptoms, and decided to reserve a time slot with the front desk, which did not matter because it still took an hour to see me. The nurse was extremely nice and took note of all of my concerns. The doctor on the other hand had no bedside manner and did not make me feel like I could voice my concerns. When I was speaking he cut me off and took about a minute max to see me before he walked out and came back with my discharge papers.

Not feeling quite myself, I cannot tell you how lucky I was to be seen by Matt, RN and Zingone, NP. this week at the Urgent Care in Huguenot, New Rochelle.  Both were professional and had the best bedside manners.  Ms. Zinging, NP was so thorough in her examination she even provided me with a referral order.  So blessed they were there for me.  I would definitely recommend them.  Stellar service - all around.

I actually came in to Nuclear Stress & Rita saw I was having a different problem and immediately took me to Urgent Care. Both Rita & Diana Waxler whom I saw at Urgent Care quickly identified the problem and took good care of me. I'm very grateful to them for their concern & kindness.

Had a terrible fall. Hit my head hard! Lots of contusions. They were wonderful

Cut myself in garden and quickly became very infected. Wait time was long . . . About 1 hrs 45 mins, but everything else was great

They are so efficient and accommodating. Love the people.
