I never have a problem when I go to my appointments, everyone is always pleasant and warm welcoming. The security guard was very pleasant and nice and professional I love this place.

I arrived at 10am my appointment time was 10 am I didn’t get seen until 12:30 they totally forgot about me sitting there my mom had to remind them that I haven’t been called and been there since 10 am didn’t leave the office until 1:30

Got a call from the school nurse that child was coughing a lot, scheduled in the app to have him seen an hour later. Arrived earlier than our appointment, check in was easy and wait time was quick.   Staff was friendly, office was clean and decorative.  Condition was well managed and explained.  Would highly recommend

Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.

We have visited the Green Street MONTCO location many times since the center opened and we have grown to love the staff there! The service is greatly appreciated and the quick result turnaround is extremely helpful. The staff at the clinic were very friendly and worked to get my kids and I in and out in a timely manner. I would recommend this clinic because the staff provided great customer service.

The Ardmore location for Covid testing is a tremendous gift. superlative staff and consistently fast results per the promise of 24-48 hours. I recently was tested at cvs and they failed to return the test within 48 hours as promised and ran over to your ardmore location with only 24 hours to go until my 5 day Paxlovid window was closing. I got my results in under 24 hours (a first!) so met the 5 day Paxlovid deadline. I am forever grateful for this service and while I understand there is talk of closing this location, I respectfully request that in this season of rampant flu, rsv, and other Covid-like symptoms caused by many viruses beyond Covid, that you please keep this location open. The other options for accessing testing such as cvs are not adequate and perform far below the excellent standard set by you and the team in Ardmore. Feeling as sick as I felt that day I could not have driven all the way to willow grove or Pottstown for testing, so that might also be an important consideration. Thank you!!!
