Had a very pleasant experience! Staff was wonderful, very friendly and efficient was in and out within an hour highly recommend them!!

Had a strong cold, worried it might be pneumonia, it wasn’t, thankfully but I was immediately seen by the doctor and was immediately rxed and medicated. Very glad I went there! And strongly recommend it!

I was a walk-in experiencing  a sore shoulder. The wait time was quick and was seen within 10 minutes. Everyone was nice and courteous.

Scheduling was great. The PA I saw is amazing she is always so helpful. The wait time was ridiculous tho. Waited over an hour for my appointment and to be seen. But after that was given time with the staff.

I developed an infection in my finger. I was at work so a speedy appointment was necessary. Booked online. The registering person was very busy but very efficient. Was seen quickly by delightful medical staff. Finger was tended to. Prescription was sent to pharmacy. I was back to work in less than an hour.

Staff was friendly and was in and out quickly. Dr had great bed side manners and listens to me. Didn't feel rushed. Would definitely go back when need to.

Today is the first time I learned about Carbon Health when it was recommended to me by the local CVS. Everything about my visit today was excellent! They are definitely my new urgent care center and I plan on telling my friends and family all about my pleasant experience there this morning.

What a wonderful place!!! The front desk staff was so welcoming, friendly and efficient. After filling out our paper work we were immediately seen by an intake nurse. And as soon as she finished Tim, the PA came in to us. He listened attentively, asked good questions , checked a couple of things and came up with a diagnosis. He gave us a lot of good information by way of explanation and didn’t rush us. He prescribed medication, gave us instructions as to what to do and not to do and offered for us to call him during the week if we had questions. It was a great experience by extremely capable staff. We were very impressed by the quality of care every step of the way.

The staff at the clinic were very friendly and worked to get my kids and I in and out in a timely manner. I would recommend this clinic because the staff provided great customer service.
