The wait time and walk in was effortless. The front desk staff is very friendly. I know the rest of the staff that I saw today also did listen to all my health concerns and I know insurance only allows certain things. I know the staff has changed over the years but the visit still went well. I think we did cover a lot of the things and I may have forgotten a few things to bring up and I know the Urgent Care is usually the first stop and if things do not improve I know in the past to just message or call about conditions. A lot of the staff seems more knowelagable compared to many other places that I have been to.

Krista and Mary at the front desk were so welcoming and helpful, and Shanon and Cindy took great care of me with kindness and did an excellent job, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Everyone in the office was wonderful! Yossi and Justin the receptionists were so kind. The MA Amber was wonderful and the doctor Gayle who saw me was amazing! The best urgent care with the best staff!

I was able to schedule everything online when I showed up. I only had to wait five minutes.  Great experience.

Very Fast and Professional service

What a wonderful place!!! The front desk staff was so welcoming, friendly and efficient. After filling out our paper work we were immediately seen by an intake nurse. And as soon as she finished Tim, the PA came in to us. He listened attentively, asked good questions , checked a couple of things and came up with a diagnosis. He gave us a lot of good information by way of explanation and didn’t rush us. He prescribed medication, gave us instructions as to what to do and not to do and offered for us to call him during the week if we had questions. It was a great experience by extremely capable staff. We were very impressed by the quality of care every step of the way.
