The staff were very nice and very helpful with my situation. And I was the for only 1 hour and if you go to any other urgent cares in this are you will be waiting for a hour or more and I was in and out in a hour!

MOST of the staff had incredible bedside manner and made me feel very comfortable while getting me in and out with care at a reasonable time. The receptionist at the front dulled my experience. She claimed there was no availability unless I wanted to schedule an appointment and wait for 2 hours (my wait ended up being only 45 minutes with 3 patients in front of me). Two more people came in while I waited and she increased the wait time by an hour for each person that asked for help, one of which was an elderly woman who definitely needed assistance scheduling. Not great representation for the amazing medical staff that helped me. She gave the impression that an appointment was required for URGENT CARE - what’s the point of urgency then? I hope others who require more sensitive care don’t get met with a similar experience.
