Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience at this location. The pediatrician/NP was great and I have no complaints about the medical provider, but the front desk staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. There was absolutely no courtesy or respect in the way we were spoken to. As parents bringing in our children, we should not be made to feel like we are an inconvenience or be talked to like we're garbage. I especially had a poor experience with the woman at the front desk who wears glasses. The customer service was unacceptable. We also accidentally left a pair of glasses behind, and instead of the situation being handled professionally, it added to an already frustrating experience. I would recommend going to the Fredericksburg location or another Little Spurs location instead. The medical provider here was good, but unfortunately the front desk experience was enough that I would not return to this location because that front staff is absolutely so rude. Great staff, no wait time, and got results back quickly. I couldn’t do all of what I wanted to do done though, as I was past the time I could do it in.

I have been miserable. I don’t like going to the doctor because I think “I’ll get better”. Went to acute care. OMG. In and out within 30 mins. The provider gave me multiple RXs to deal with my issues. Horrible cough, congestion, headache, itchy eyes…definitely miserable. Four days later…feeling better.

Wasn’t to happy with provider she kept telling my daughter to look straight like it mattered when she was just listening to her lungs?! Didn’t see why that mattered . And kept saying sit up straight. As if she didn’t feel good already and she came in being bossy. That’s not what I went in for.other staff was nice and friendly.

Staff was extremely friendly, had a slight wait due to other appointments coming in but staff was very apologetic while still providing great care! Had a slight issue with the pharmacy the prescription was sent to and staff was quick to resend to another to make sure we could get it asap. Thank you!!

The staff here is always great! My son is always injurying himself and the staff always puts me at ease! We have been seen at this location multiple times with different providers and they have all been amazing! I can't thank them enough for always checking out my son in a timely manner and with such care and compassion. Thank you.

Very fast and thorough. Saw us immediately and addressed our concerns. Very friendly staff.

Very prompt and didn’t wait long , very friendly and caring Definitely would come back here if I need more treatment
