Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience at this location. The pediatrician/NP was great and I have no complaints about the medical provider, but the front desk staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. There was absolutely no courtesy or respect in the way we were spoken to. As parents bringing in our children, we should not be made to feel like we are an inconvenience or be talked to like we're garbage. I especially had a poor experience with the woman at the front desk who wears glasses. The customer service was unacceptable. We also accidentally left a pair of glasses behind, and instead of the situation being handled professionally, it added to an already frustrating experience. I would recommend going to the Fredericksburg location or another Little Spurs location instead. The medical provider here was good, but unfortunately the front desk experience was enough that I would not return to this location because that front staff is absolutely so rude. My7 yr old grandaughter stepped on a thick rusty nail they immediately got us back Alexus was great with making her feel comfortable and almost made it fun for her.. the while staff was friendly and professional from front desk to nursing staff and PA .only thing I updated her pharmacy info due to a new residence - script got called into incorrect pharmacy which took us a bit to figure out , and a longer drive to pick up.

My grandson from let go and hurt his knee and I was so glad that little spurs could help him out very fast. They didn’t have to wait.

Wasn’t to happy with provider she kept telling my daughter to look straight like it mattered when she was just listening to her lungs?! Didn’t see why that mattered . And kept saying sit up straight. As if she didn’t feel good already and she came in being bossy. That’s not what I went in for.other staff was nice and friendly.

Went to ER scheduled ER follow up that day was a heavy storm called to verify and even though I got the text message for the next day, they did not see me on the schedule and made me wait till the next available in an agonizing pain left several voicemails. You never got a callback from management as requested.

Scheduling the appointment was easy. Wait time was not long. Staff was super friendly. Everyone was understanding and got meds ordered from the nearby pharmacy immediately. I have been to this location before and I always have a positive experience.

Medical team was very efficient and professional. The provider did a great job of discussing and explaining all issues we came in for and had her tested. Prescription was ordered and we were on our way with a plan for recovery.

I booked in the night to be seen the next day which is fine. Wait time start to finish was an hour. Loved our NP in orange scrubs!

They do a very good job at this clinic.  It’s usually very short way to get in. The one thing I wish they would change is to add a handicap accessible entryway with an automatic door as it is difficult to open the door and push my daughter’s wheelchair through. Thank you.

Very prompt and didn’t wait long , very friendly and caring Definitely would come back here if I need more treatment
