Recently I visited CityDoc with the worst case of food poisoning I have ever had. From the start the staff was patient, helpful and quick to get me through reception. When I arrived I admit I wasn’t the easiest patient as all I wanted was someone to help ease my symptoms and help me feel better. This was a return checkup concerning the city on my ginger. The staff was very helpful and attentive and patiently answered all of my questions.i would definitely recommend them for urgent care.

My daughter was running a high fever when I got off of work today. It was too late to call her pediatrician so I went on my Solv app and scheduled an appointment within the next 40 min I was in and out of the office. She had been tested and her fever was regulated. The pleasant grove location is always welcoming and ready to take care of their patients. I love this location.

This is by far the best urgent care. The staff here are absolutely amazing from checking in to the back. This place is extra clean and sanitized. The check-in process is a breeze especially when making an appointment online thru the Solv app. I definitely would recommend this urgent to anyone!!! Amazing job
